    Good exposure and dof.
    Composition is ok but wonder if you tried any other shoe positions. I think if the left shoe were more askew or horizontal or tipped it would only add to the feel.
    Its not level but not a big deal for this shot.

    Thanks fellas for all the positive comments.......I'll try to answer a few questions.......

    Who's shoes?? I guess one of the old patients as this was taken in a derelict lunatic asylum.

    Move them?? Not a chance when i get into these old asylums/hospitals I dont move a thing or stage anything.

    Take nothing but pics leave nothing but footprints.......

    I like it. It does convey the feeling of neglect as Roger R. stated. And though I understand your position about not moving or staging anything...the way these shoes are it appears (to me) a bit staged. I have to agree with Frog, that if the left shoe were off kilter or tipped on it's side, it would only add to the desolate feeling. But I respect your position and it's still a great shot!!!
