not a good 1, but very intresting?....

what would cause it to look so, i dont know what you call it, but all the colors are so flourescent! It is very neat, i was just walking back to the truck, and snapped this as a joke! I was amazed to see what happened, the most intresting shot of the night for sure! What causes this to happen, i like the reflection if you look close, you see a 5 gallon squae pail inside throught the glass

I think this winds up in the snapshot category that has meaning to the photographer, but to the viewer, it's a busy, confusing image. It's difficult to see exactly what is going on here, so for me, it's an image I'd just pass by. Sorry.

Yeah, I'm not really feeling this.
I can't really offer advice for improvement since this seems to be a one time only shot. It's just confusing to the eye, and even with so much going on, it lacks overall interest.

I see what you mean by the bright colors. I've done this before as well... not exactly like this, but similar. I shot a sunset as a reflection in a truck window. Mine didn't turn out all that great either, but I never stopped to think about what causes the bright colors... was the window tinted? That may have been a cause.
This shot isn't great, but if you like it, I'd suggest hanging it on your door as your self portrait, next to some great pics you've taken. *smile*

What the others said. Might be better if you were to try it without the hand sign (just a human siloutte) and photoshop out the reflections of all the stuff that is on the other side of the window.
