I really like the photo my minor critique is that the majority of space is behind the bird and not in front so the bird is looking at the edge of the photo, but in this case it seems to work.
The other is that the colours seem a little dull, perhaps a saturation boost to make the picture pop a bit more.

Rakesh are you turning into a bird stalker hehe. As Roger mentioned i also would have prefered more space in front of the bird . But it is still a very good capture
