    Lights on the water...

We spent the night at a motel in Port Orchard - on the water. I thought it was great opportunity to practice w/ learning settings on the camera and get out of my comfort zone. What could I do different to enhance these??? Thanks for looking and helping me become a better photographer!

Pretty good for a starter. I like the streaks across the water on the first. The second is a little unlevel, but easily fixed. Over all nice work...

you could help them by bringing a more prominent subject in the foreground. also - the white balance looks WAY off. I usually dont trust auto white balance, i usually set the wb myself, you couldve used probably about 5000-5500K here.
