    I like the 2nd shot, it's well done. I wish it was a landscape crop with all their bodies showing. infact looking at these and the 'weakness' that unifies them all is the cut off limbs and body parts. I think they would've been better had you included the entire scene. having said that, all the colours are nice and vibrant. great DOF and focus

    I'm for #1 - the eye follows their eyes to the kid and his eyes are on us. I think the backgrounds hurt the other two. - Terry

    beautiful family.

    I agree with oldclicker... and in addition to that...

    #1 & #3 could use a strobe for fill since you have a nice highlight from the sun already.

    #2 the contrast of the grass is a bit distracting
