    Fallow

This guy was a bit camera shy, but got a couple of shots anyway

Love the colours and the silhouette, but the sharpness of the animal is unnatural. It looks like it was pasted on top of the shot. like a combination of two shots.

Great shot, though I do agree w/ Liban that it somehow looks a tad fake. The sun is a bit too bright: see if you can tone down the highlights a little. I would have also preferred that the color be more orange than yellow. Nice placement of the deer in the frame.

    Re: Fallow

    Thanks for that Arne

Thanks Liban , I had a bit of an issue with the halo around the deer, removing that would account for the rather severe edge.

Apprecate the input GB, not sure how to go about fixing the sun, I had a couple of attempts at sorting it out but only seemed to make matters worse, so in the end I just set the levels down a bit and left it. Any thoughts on this welcome.

The deer is pretty much as you see not inserted except the evenings are getting cooler which mean these guys get very hormonal so I cloned out a rather prominent appendage.....

Beautiful color and comp, although i agree its too bright and maybe reducing exposure or waiting a bit for the sub to drop some more.
i would have let it hang
