I like it. I would have liked it a bit more if maybe you used an ND filter (or a darker one if you did) to get a longer shutter time so the water blurred into more of a steam/foam rather than a bunch of lines though. Great use of the rule of thirds and whatever f-stop you used is perfect because the depth of field is right were I would want it.

Nice try, and I definitely see what you were going for. But waterfalls, esp ones with low water flow, are just so hard to get right and to capture what the viewer experiences while there. (I should know - I've burned a small mountain of film trying over the years.) I think you have to make a decision to either freeze the water or to really really blur it -- seems to be caught in between. A bit of a cloudy day I see.
