    Hello Yoyo,

I think that I prefer the second one and third one over the first (the third being my absolute favorite). I love the panoramic ratio of the Xpan but the vertical panoramic framing look a bit misplaced (to me, in this particular situation at the very least).

For what it's worth, I'll be curious to see some (colours) night shots from you with the Xpan. Cityscapes shot that way must look fantastic.

    best regards

    Seb

I like the vertical presentation best with the hard horizontal slats giving counterpoint to and thereby enhancing the organic form and texture of the sculpture. They are all well shot.

What is the sculpture called? From the different angles you give us it evokes everything from a big old floppy earred sow, to a dog lifting its leg, to a gymnast or wrestler doing a shoulder roll.

Hi Seb, Thanks for your comment. I’ll shoot the night scene with the Xpan.

Hi Chunk, The sculpture is called “Unbroken Tai Chi” by Ju Ming, a Taiwanese sculptor. The one I shot is one of his Tai Chi series; in fact, I like the series very much.

    All the best.
