Seems like a nice frame-type background waiting for a model to come sit on those steps and have his/her picture taken.

Yeah, now that you mention it, maybe a model is a good idea. The message was lost i guess. The idea was with the cemetery entrance and the stairs leading up with no other sign of earth beyond that was that it was the end. A model with a contemplative look may help convey that message, or at least make it more powerful. Thanks for your response!

    Re: End of the world

Alice in Wonderland springs to my mind...............................

...i like the concept, although it's a very happy sunny day for the end of the world!

I would veer away from models for this one, unless you felt like fairytale re-enactment. That could be fun, and depending on different light and weather, you could get numerous stories illustrated. I think this place has a sinister feel about it, even in the bright blue day, and most fairytales are sinister and black. It could be a great series............................... possibly.

    cheers

Interestng photo - try taking this in different weather conditions to get the evil mood the blue sky ruins it for me purtely becuase of the title. Its more like the start of the world.

But the other ideas for models, fairies... terrific site for loads of things. Without knowing it was a cementary a Wedding party on the steps, Christening, even a person reading a book could work.

    Well spotted.
PS no critique you nailed everything but the title for me

    Re: End of the world

Thanks for the feedback. I tried this in B&W, and the sky was a muddy gray, with no clouds, looked really ugly. It is motivating that this shot did bring about such imaginative ideas though. Now, i will be obsessed with this setting, lol. A wedding, or other pose would be good, i could clone out the cemtery words, or somehow cover it, again, thanks for the critique, and great ideas!
