It is a great idea and a good composition but I think the image as a whole is too contrasty. Lots of detail is lost under the tower and the sky is somewhat light.
I would also do something with the clouds there. Also, no real reason to keep it rotated 90 degrees like that - I'd rotate it CW 90 degrees do the tower starts from the bottom.

Welcome to the forum. I agree the point of view from looking under the tower is a good creative and unusual one but for me the composition looks as if not much thought went into it other than being underneath looking up. you have shot with a bit of a twisted angle here with no strong symetry to back it up. It is too much of an angle to come off as a clean well thought out comp but not enough of an angle to look intentional and add the effect of drama and tension.
Standing directly under the tower would have straightened out the weird angle here. It appears that you happened to be walking under the tower, looked up, raised camera and snapped without really giving much thought to the alignment and placement of the subject. (composition) Sorry if this sounds very critical, but I just want to point out the importance of composition and the thought that should go into setting up and framing a scene.
Dramatic angles are often good and this could work well if for example the base were cutting acroos the frame corner to corner with the top of the tower in another corner of the frame
Regardless of the thought that did or did not go into the process, this angle is interesting to view and I certainly see why you took the shot in the first place. I like the clouds in the sky here as it lends to a nicely textured background to set up the dominating structure. Pops off very well.The exposure is very good considering the high contrasts in the scene here with bright sky and dark masses of metal.
