    Which is best?
And if you crop it, how much?
Oh I know you're going to say why you make your decision :)

I have my favourite of course.

i really like your last picture because you can have the front of the car, the tire spinning the smoke and a great angle on the car all in one picture that makes the pic right there

    nice shot

I like the second one and the last one, because the car is in the center of the tread mark circle. Of these two, I guess I like the last one because the car is at an angle, adding dynamic. I bet this was cool to see at the time.

I would have shot this short segment as video and sold it for web site use.

I would crop out the guys at the bottom or PhotoShop them out one...

I like the first and the fourth because the frame isn't too obscured by smoke, yet the smoke almost completes a full circle around the car. I agree with Greg- the people at the bottom have got to go.
    thanks for posting!

Good series of shots, it would have been nice if you crop the heads on the lower part of the photos as they don't seem to have any meaning to the overall presentation. Just my thought.

Thanks everyone, I was aiming for the circle of smoke around the car, but not sure that others would see it my way.

Shooting from the top of the grandstand, it was impossible to avoid the other spectators.
The problem with cropping is that it loses the circle of smoke, so I'll try to fix that last one in Photoshop. That will take some time...
