    The Desert

A few variations of Tamara... (She sure is getting some publicity here..). This was shot on Fuji Velvia 35mm film. The pose is unconventional .. I think it's Ok, but that's a tainted opinion.

I like the contrast of the desert v the dress and heels. The wind in her hair is a great detail.

    You cut her shoe off!

BTW what did she think of the whole shoot? And what did you take from it other than photos? Tell all........
    No, I DON'T need that.

    Re: The Desert

Thanks AW. I also like the wind effect, think it's the only shot I got out there with the wind blowing. Btw I also find the contrast of glamor and rugged outdoors a strong combination, though I'm not sure that's universal. I guess everyone sees things a little differently!

MB, you are right.. That's the one thing I don't like about this shot.

    Re: The Desert

I like the non PS version. The shoe cutting off hurts. I also appreciate the stark contrast of the black evening dress against the warm sunlit bg. the sky is a weird color though.
As for the model positon it's fine but i wish her face was more visible. . .looking up or out or so.

I think the shoe looks like shes standing on the bottom edge of the frame. almost looks planed.
