Different. I like the snow in the background too, but the bushes are a tad bit distracting.

I think the subject is Ok but I don't think the angle you shot it is the best. Actually, it MIGHT be... but it suffers from the feeling that you just walked up at standing eye level and shot the photo (guess we might never know).
