I like the set up in the second one Don with the person walking towards the oncoming car. I also like the treatment here up as far as the top of the buildings but I feel it does not work as well with the sky.

Again, I like your unique perspective here, especially on the second one but have to agree that whatever you did to the sky and roof on first is not attractive to my eyes.

Don, these are both very unique abd i certainly feel the second shot of the taxation center is very strong in composition. I am not crazy about the PS treatment applied to these but I think it works anyway to create a sort of artistic approach to the images and that is your call.
As a series these work very well together.
