I would decenter her, and have her look of the frame
look at the background, it is much better than the blown highlights on the other grad shot,

I lie it much better than the previous one

Thanks! I thought you might comment on the background. It's a loading dock we chose on purpose and the like the rails for framing.

Crop in! Otherwise, great shot ... A bit super-saturated (the blues dominate), you may want to consider desaturating it a bit. Nice model or future model :)
