Church
Deprived of a wide angle lens i come in churches and other buildings looking for detail shots of the interior (I like the challenge in this). This is one of the shots i took on my 50mm lens. Any thoughts?

Re: Church
Very good geometry and perspective. Very well centered. Interesting composition. Tough to critique - but I think maybe it was a little hard to "wrap my head" around in terms of what it was - and also I think the most interesting feature is the ceiling - so including more of that may work. Either way, great shot.

Re: Church
The composition is fine but I think a lot of the impact in this image has been lost with the B&W conversion , normally I find the colours inside a church a pleasure to look at and they are missing here.

Re: Church
Very nice composition. I certainly see the church, but I see other things as well. I don't wish to influence anyone by what I see, so I shall refrain.
I believe the B/W helps to enhance the experience of perceiving something more than church.
I am particularly interested at the degree of sharpness you achieved at such at difficult angle.

Re: Church
Thanks for the feedback guys.
@Arne: I am quite curious about what you see in this image. A friend of mine saw somesort of face in it.. I dont know if you see the same or something entirely diffirent.
About the level of sharpness i can say that this shot was taken handheld at probably 1600+ ISO. It did required me to bend my neck in an uncomfortable position.
@Pete: The light that day was not as good is it could be also the diversity of colours was in my opinion distracting.

Re: Church
Very unusual composition... I like the top of it better but it's good. I wonder what it would be like in color. The lighting is OK but not super exciting, I think. Not sure there was anything you could do about that however. The top looks like a heart :)
