Interesting shot, and as Dave says above, I'm sure there's a story behind the relaxed feel. The DOF is good though the foreground glass could be a bit sharper, as seen on the slightly soft glass rim. Good colors.

Excellent composition, simple and elegant, yet "everyman"

Love the depth of field and how you got the detail of the sweating glass in the foreground.

I also like the suggestive masculine / feminine touch here.

Thirst has just been quenched. It's fun and has nice evening light. This has a suitable background for this type of shot.
Do Tuna and Mrs Tuna drink at the same pace?

Its an excellent composition. The vertical lines in the background play off the diagonal lines of the table. The setting of the glasses follow the flow of the lines.
The soft warm colors of the vertical lines in bg compliment nicely the warm amber glow of the liquid.
Very elegant and soothing.
