    Charity on the Set
I shot this one on a movie set I was working on at around 3 in the morning. The actress was waiting for her next shot and I snapped this one of her. Shot on Delta 100, 70mm, probably around f3.5.

Well, besides its obvious strange lighting it's a neat shot. I like her stance and expression... acting must be an interesting business. I think if it was posed that it could have been better from a compositional standpoint, but then you'd lose the candidness of the shot.

Thks for posting - it's different.

Thanks for commenting! As far as the wierd lighting goes, she's actually sitting right under where she had been acting in a shot a few minutes prior to this. We used two different lights on that particular scene which was a head-and-shoulders closeup; a 1K light in front to light her specifically and a 650 that was cut off with barn doors to cast a slightly different hue on the metal door behind her. The on-camera effect was pretty good but it resulted in the odd spotlight you see here.
