Weekend before last, I put my Canon A70 through it's paces shooting Carlsbad Caverns, NM, without any kind of flash. I shot 90 photo's ranging from 5 to 15 second exposure at f8.0 for depth of field, and ate 2 sets of AA batteries. All the shots required only minimal color correction in PhotoShop Elements. The A70 is a fantastic camera. I have yet to find a situation where it doesn't capture wonderful images.
