Right off, it seems a bit dark to me. I'd brighten it up a bit so his face isn't quite so shadowed. As for content - how about you tell us what this photo makes you think of and why you were motivated to take it. I want to know more about what was going on in your head when you took it and what it makes you think of now before I comment more on the content. Thinking about motivation can really help you analyze a photo and understand how to take better photos in the future.
