Bzzzzzzt....
Yes, bees, more bees.
Bumblebee. Used the ringflash. Does the reflection in the eye bug anyone else? Or am I just obsessively nitpicky?

Yellowjacket covered in Goldenrod pollen. I think the flash use was better in this one.

Yellowjacket again. Little dark and WB seems a bit off.

Honeybee on Sedum. Little more DOF I think.

Re: Bzzzzzzt....
nice macros !!
the reflection in the eye does not bother me, the reflections on the flowers are more noticeable to me
yes #2 is better

Re: Bzzzzzzt....
Doesn't bother me, just makes me want my macro a bit more.

Re: Bzzzzzzt....
The first two are best. Great color contrast between the black and the yellow. Great focus on the bee. The composition is fun in both.

Re: Bzzzzzzt....
I like #1 the best. Great detail of her fur coat.
- nit pick - The reflection off the eye does take away from the texture of it. DOF is very tight, I would have liked to have seen the wing sharper. Was it moving?
But that's me.
