Building Stands Tall

Some sort of office building in the midst of a regular day of traffic.

I suspect you have darkened this to much to prevent the clouds from blowing out, and the building seems a bit too central, also imo the top bit of sky needs to be cropped. Others may not agree with this but thats what I think you need to look at, anyway keep posting.

I agree with Pete's comments, and I would either fix the distortion (really evident on the building on the left) or crop the left side of the image. As you lighten the exposure, you should reveal some additional detail in the tall building.
