Bridge over Fontana
this shot is off a train..no reshoots:D

Re: Bridge over Fontana
Nothing you can do about it but I wonder why the bridge engineers used two different types of supports for what otherwise appear to be identical bridges.
On the other hand, the different supports offer nice contrast and give the viewer something to focus on.
Great on the fly shot regardless.

Re: Bridge over Fontana
Nice shot if you were moving. It looks as though you lined it up well. I like the perspective too. To bad about the dull sky, but you handled it well.

Re: Bridge over Fontana
thx greg and ctank...could not do anythingg with the sky...except maybe gradient. There was a slight crop off the right.

Re: Bridge over Fontana
Interesting pair of bridges. Are they "His and Her's"?:D It also looks like the water level is down quite a bit.
Yeah, good job catching this on the fly like that. Nice color on the water and the bridges.

Re: Bridge over Fontana
Open both pictures in PS. Use the rectangle tool and rectangle the first picture, Use the move tool and place it over the second picture and then use the erase tool and erase the sky and the second sky will show through.

Your welcome. Make sure your image size and resolution are the same on both pictures..

Re: Bridge over Fontana
Beautifully composed. Peaceful shot too. Not sure if the lack of definition in the sky is a problem or not, for it might help sooth the photo. I like how there are no humans
