It is a cool image with a nice sense of place.

It does look way over sharpened or something. I'm also thinking that if the cyclist was just a little further along his reflection would really be special. Perhaps in a larger copy the reflection shows more.
    No, I DON'T need that.

Splendid as always.. Did you blur the building in PPing? The background almost looks like a painting.

Gentlemen, thank you for your comments.

Greg, I always have to re-sharpen images that have been converted to web viewing due to compression loss. Here I did selective sharpening at half strength to the foreground only - graduating the sharpening about halfway up and leaving the background un-re-sharpened (I've always enjoyed hyphenation and THAT is a doozy!). This was an attempt to re-create the original tif image where the foreground (with bicyclist) stands out - and to help in seperation. Good eye.

    Tuna,

Very unusual for you to post a color shot, and this is a winner. Very nice, great timing.

    Great shot wow!

I too thought the cyclist popped out of the frame a bit too much looks a tad surreal, it's something I noticed before reading others thought the same. I couldn't offer anything other than that to change.
