Boring Photo for Technical Critique

Advice, please.

Canon 40D with 17-40mm f/4 L lens
focal length = 37
shutter speed = 1/800
aperture value = 4
iso = 400
spot metered
Picture style = landscape
white balance = cloudy
in-camera sharpness set at 7 (sharpest)

No PP except resize.
