I am posting a version straight from the camera and a version after ps to show what there is to work with.

Very interesting and original shot. I like the second one, as the black space isn't as prominent. An interesting lighting for this shot, but I think it works. Very mysterious and a nice texture of the flower!

I thought it had a nice 3-d look, suprising because I used built in flash.
Looking at it again I see a coupple of spots I missed. I'll also dodge some of the shadows and try to remove the blue tint from the edge of the petals on the left.
