Last shot is perfect, IMO. Be careful to not overdo the saturation... the 2nd and 3rd image have visible "halo-ing" around some of the high contrast edges (i.e. trees on sky).

Fabulous photos. Cannot decide which I like best. Perhaps #2. Well done. All.

Very good stuff. The saturation looks too high on all of them, for my tastes, especially in the greens and in the orange sky in 2. #1 is a bit dark, and being a stitched pano, should probably be displayed at higher resolution. They all appear to have some excessive sharpening done that, while it brings depth, also brings some bulging artificial looking texture, I think it could be toned down quite a bit. Otherwise great compositions, focus placement and exposure.

Thanks! I missed the halos on #3, but I don't see them on #2.

Thanks for the info! When I do them on my Mac, they look good to me, and they seem to print well at large size, 16x20 and up. Might just be looking different on your screen. Could be you have a better eye than me as well. I've only been working with digital for a year or so.

As far as the saturation goes, I normally go for a realistic look in my HDR work, but that sunrise shot just called to me to go a little father. That was fairly close, not exactly, to what I saw that morning.

Also, if you click on the photo, it'll take you to my SmugMug page, where you can view the pano at a higher resolution.

I agree with the saturation, but overall they look very good. You utilize hdr very well.

It may be just taste then. But in your edits, the greens are extremely saturated. I adjusted to make a more natural hue by setting the green saturation down 50, yellow down 20, and the master channel down 10 to get this. Heres what I am talking about, I'll show you what I mean instead of just say it then.

There are two spots of flare in #4, and another in the mountains in the sunset photo.

You're edit looks good. I had already toned it down, but it could probably use a little more.

I saw the sun flares. Unfortunately, while shooting with the E-P1, I don't have a lens hood for it, so that happens occasionally. It doesn't bother me.

It's my favorite as well, Greg. Planning on making a 20x24 of it next week. Should be a good one.
