Birthday/Swim Party

I took this picture at a birthday party.
Did some post processing but my knowledge of using software to post process, "Like, what will this slide do to the picture."

OK shot... I wish the water was blue though. Can you sharpen it up a little in PS or another program? I know this sounds unconventional but I would zoom/crop in to where it just shows the faces fo the two girls, even at the expense of clipping their arms. Not sure how that would look but I think it might be worth a try.
