This is in Rome at the Trevi Fountain. We went at night since our guide book said it was better to go at night.

I was able to use a tripod.
I took a handful of shot but they came out yellow. I guess that is to be expected with this type of exposure? When you are there, you can actually see the waters blue reflection but I couldn't capture it at all.
The larger shot is a modification in PS using the color balance.
Was my Photoshop work justifiable?
