    Belmont Abbey
Hi all. I visited Belmont Abbey today because I wanted to take
advantage of the overcast sky. The buildings are beautiful, but I
wanted to try and expose a bit dark to give them a certain feel.

How did I do? Comments & suggestions are always welcome.

I like the picture of the statue a lot. It draws your eyes right up. Too bad the sky didn't go 'ominous' .
Could you have used a flash and shot a few steps down?

I love the dark gothic feel to the pictures, the angle at which the church tower leans in the second photo bothers and distracts me, I too like the third one the best. The unusual viewing angles is quite refreshing!

Thanks for the feedback. I think I agree - the angle of the tower in the second shot is not enough to be "on purpose" and too much to overlook.

    Thanks
