Thanks for the comments on the first two baseball shots of mine. I dont want to feel like I'm posting too much in here, so I'll hope this is my last one of this...

I can't find anything to make it better. The light and dof seem just right to me.
I suppose some will say wider point of view but I don't think so. The ball is obviously the point of interest and the mitt is the perfect bg for it.
I saw the last one and thought it was pretty good but I think this one is better.
    Keep Shooting!

I think it's very nice. It's got a suggestive, nostalgiac feel that makes me wonder if an aged, black and white treatment would work well. Normally, I wouldnt suggest a lot of obvious processing. but the subject of this photo seems to ask for it, in my opinion. I like the colors, but I don't think they really add anything. A sepia-style image would add to the nostalgic flavor of the image and make it even more resonant - at least for me.

Thanks for the comments. I think I'll be keeping this one. The sepia is a good idea, I may try that if I can find out how to do it on the program I use.

This is a very nice timeless shot. This could've been taken 20 years ago. Everything is on point. I can smell the leather just by looking at it. Frame this one....or sell it for stock photography
