    Barefoot rebellion
Just a light-hearted opportunity I saw outside a temple in Northern Thailand recently, I took a number of shots that concentrated solely (sorry, no pun intended) on the sign and shoes then decided it needed a little more context so added a leg and a shoeless foot for good measure!

    Many thanks

I think you were right in doing so. Although, the shoes and sign would have said enough on their own, the foot does add another element that works with the overall composition. The only thing thats bugging me with this is the hot whites. Not even that hot even, this was a very good exposure, but perhaps 1/3rd stop down, at least on the highlights range.

Agree with Anbesol on the whites. Other than that, I love it. The leg/foot makes it for me.

    :P nice one

I like the shot, the foot, if it wasn't so loud with the whites being off, really adds something. Good job on including the shoes and not just the sign.
