I was looking for a subject today and this is what I found.

Arne. Good eye .. this one has interesting shape and shadow. Definitely a good catch, though I'm not sure about the composition: I think I would like to see a little more space at the bottom to balance it all out. Also, the long shadow intruding from the left side obviously isn't ideal but in some ways adds the feeling of something else being there, which I think is OK.

The shadow makes the shot. Excellent. For critique, and I'm just nitpicking here, I'd say a tiny bit wider at the bottom might have helped.

Thanks all. I cropped the shot tight at the bottom because there was a white curb, which I thought detracted from the shot. I'll post the oh as soon as my main computer behaves.
