Great compostion as always, Tuna.
Now, what the heck is it?

Re: Architecture 1
Immaculately seen as always, Tuna. It would not have worked without the small figure, showing that sometimes it is the tiny, almost insignificant, elements that really make an image special. I am glad she is in subtle 'earth colours' too .. somehow I think red or blue would have spoiled it. As it is, it works wonderfully.

Re: Architecture 1
Very much like a bleak scene from one of today's graphic novels.
I sort of disagree with my friend Mike regarding it not working without the figure. I am glad the figure is almost anonymous because a heavy human presence would actually ruin this. Besides enjoying the futuristic feel to this, my eyes are captivated by those blank heavy doors into the building that might contain secrets. You go in but you may not come back out.
Already looking forward to Architecture 2 and 3,4,5 ..

Re: Architecture 1
It's the fountain courtyard of the Hirshhorn Art Museum in downtown Washington, D.C.
Cool perspective Tuna, I've never been there when the fountain was drained. I really like the color and scale of your human figure and appreciate that you took the time to wait for someone to enter the frame, it's just more interesting that way.

Re: Architecture 1
Very nice, but also very very tough on the eyes. great composition and tonal range. I like it, even though my eyes don't.
