I am not quite sure how to help you here.
What messages are you getting when you are uploaded pics to here or are linking pics to here from somewhere else.
I can only help you for issues dealing with here.
To link a photo to here that you have uploaded elsewhere, photobucket for example, you will need to have the URL from that photo then you can cut and paste in to the pop up that will when you click on the icon (it's the mountain one) inbetween the message and title boxes. Or if you know or can remember the html coding for it [IMG] and [/IMG]
