Re: Another from the station
Great story/composition. I wonder if the people could be blurred just a little more. I also question the light fixture right above the main subject's head. It might work as a halo type image, but there is a second fixture which defuses that suggestion. That might be real nitpicky though.
Re: Another from the station
I see what you mean about the light. There really wasn't too much intention with this one other then to work on my comfort with blatantly shooting strangers. She just happened to be still. Having said that, I see what you mean about hoping for more blur on the others...that may make for a nice pp exercise.

OK, well you just happened to catch a great moment. What I see in this shot is an elderly woman, looking somewhat rejected, whilst life passes her by, add the reflections in the floor and the "halo" of the light fixture.....etc. Nice.
Re: Another from the station
I really appreciate that interpretation. I can get so caught up in the details of my own work that I miss what I'm staring at.

I wonder the same, seems they should be a lot more blurred or a lot less. I'm not reading as much into this as some of the others, so it seems.
Re: Another from the station
Wider would be good, but the work is excellent despite that. Wonder what the comment _no photograph_ was supposed to mean.
Re: Another from the station
Less blur is probably impossible as this was 1/4sec exposure. Daq, I initially hit submit before posting...Eos was just that fast.
