Another from my Indian series.How striking his face is.They had a lovely way of life though we would and did call it a savage life.I will find out more when i get a chance.At the moment and for most of my life i have always loved cowboy films and books."The Unforgiven" is my current favourite.

I like the shot, just wondering what the source material is for the picture itself.

If you are interested in more Aboriginal issues I recommend you pick up the book, "The Imaginary Indian," by Daniel Francis. It will give good insight into just how bad the population were treated as so called "savages." Although, it is mainly written from a Canadian perspective.
