I took this just last december on my way hiking up this beast, thought i would try out my digital filters and do red with black and white, i thought it looked pretty sweet, i would like to know what you guys think, thanks

An interesting affect you have created here. I think a little more contrast would help out. I would rather see this image in full color tho. Angels Landing, and Zion National is one of my favorite spots on earth! I wish I would have been more into photography the times I was able to make it to Zion.
