It's not just the sign, it's not just the people - put the two together and it's a whole different image.
Her hand gesture, while they're not really aware of the sign I think, makes this one for me.

I think it looks Good as it is.
Oh wait,

There is only a slight problem with it, and it not that big of deal.
The girl on the right has that metal post growing out of her head. that's it.
And that little piece of florescent pink fuzz should be cloned out.

The gesture really does make this one though it would be good even without it.
The way her finger lines up with the yellow framing, or whatever it is, makes it seem like almost a part of the sign.

Icicle: In a candid, there's not much opportunity to walk around and clean up everything in the sightlines - but I agree, that's the difference between good and great.
