This photograph seems to be quite large.
As a suggestion, you might consider sizing it down some.
Say nothing larger than 640 pixels and somewhere near 100kbs, think kbs and not mbs
You might also want to link it via html so the photograph is shown in the message itself rather than having to click to another window to see the photograph.
You can cut and past the url of the file into the window that pops up when you click on the yellow mountain icon above the window that you type the message in.
You can also upload photographs in your own gallery here, look at the "Share" tab at the top of the page, click on "Photo Gallery"
