I'm having trouble with her not being connected to the ground. She could be 300 feet tall or inches tall. I think it needs the ground right beneath her to be visible and/or a shadow to connect her.

As she is in motion I feel she is slightly constricted by the tight framing, but if you will excuse the pun, I find this a rather uplifting shot, there is a lot of joy an energy in the image.
Terry has a point, I think the shadow disconnect makes it a little quirky but I can live with it, this is probably due to the low angle of the sun pushing the shadow out of the frame.
You could possibly also look at cloning those masts on the horizon out.

Isn't it a cool thing in nature that the colours never seem to clash...

I have no issues with you editing my photos

I certainly see what you both mean. I didn't realize how that makes it look. I was just looking to capture height in her jump. Now I know what to look out for the next time we try this! Thank you both!

nice light, sharp, beautiful expression ,a great shot!

once again crop is a bit tight

Usually persons are suggested to use as a reference , because we have a pretty good idea how big is a person (or a child in this case) , so when added say near a water fall we get an idea of the scale of the waterfall , I've never seen it used the other way around.
