Trademarks?
I'm working on publishing some of my guitar photos. The photos are close ups of popular guitars, but I don't show any trademarks, or full bodies of guitars. Just close up abstract photos.
I don't think this will be a trademark infringement, but I'm looking for other opinions.
Thanks!

Re: Trademarks?
Trademark infringement relates to fraudulently creating confusion over the source of certain consumer goods.
I don't see how any photo would lead to this necessary requirement of creating confusion over the source of consumer goods in order to validate it as trademark infringement.
