    Privacy Rights & Copyrights

I've just read the recent issue of Shutterbug, Special Issue: Travel Tools and Tips, May 2007. It contains an excellent, if simplified, explanation of the differences between copyright and privacy rights as told by a photographer. The author of the article states clearly that she is not a lawyer, but that she is a working photographer who deals with this on a daily business.
I have spoken to an entertainment lawyer and everything the article states is basically what the lawyer told me in a clinic I took last year. If you have any questions or concerns, please give this article a look. It's short, well written and very informative about things I never even considered.

Interesting info. From my own experience, it is better to address a lawyer in case of legal issues.

I wish somebody told me these words several months ago. I'm disabled and currently I'm looking for a good lawyer who can help me. It would be great if you can recommend one.

I would definitely contact a professional and ask his opinion about that. I used Myler legal service and wasn't disappointed. I wouldn't go to the random legal service and would also check the reviews about them first, here you can read myler disability reviews https://www.myler-disability.reviews/. Ask your friends and family if they know a reliable lawyer who is a specialist in this area or just search online for the best options in your area. You might need to spend some cash to get legal advice but in the end, it might be worth it.
