Legal Question- Wedding & Reunion

I've been asked to photograph a wedding [family member] and possibly a family reunion.Call me crazy,but I am doing these for free [due to who I would be doing them for].

I had thought about putting photos from these events up on a site in case anyone wanted some of them.I was thinking of a site where prints,mugs,mouse pads,etc could be ordered.My concern is do I need to have releases signed by everyone? I'm thinking I do.

Nope. If you are thinking that people will want prints to put in their own photo albums, or hang on their wall, you don't need a release.

If you want to sell the images for comercial use, such as to use for advertising, then yes, you would need a release.
