    Just a Display?
So I have a number of pictures which I will be displaying and (hopefully) selling at a small art show showcasing local artists next month. My question is this – can I also put up pictures which I'm not at liberty to sell (for example pictures taken at a zoo) as long as I make it clear that they are not for sale? Or would it be considered using them for 'advertising?' I'm a bit new at this so any advice would be appreciated.

    Who took the zoo pictures?
If it was you, why can't you sell them?

They're a bit stingy with their photo policy:

They say that "Personal use" is allowed. That means pictures you do for you to keep at home as a souvenir. Putting them on dispal at a gallery for others to see is a form of publishing, like posting on an open web site like this one. It's not commercial use but it's not personal either.

Check up with the safari park and see what they say. They may not mind.
