A very small local magazine wants to start a two page spread for our smallish local photo club. They have not been getting the desired response in terms of submissions though (I believe it's because they want them emailed in and, well, to be honest it wouldn't surprise me if half the members didn't use email). Anyway, I'm apprehensive about sending in photos for their use without stating my rights. For example, "These images are intended solely for the use of ___ any other use is not allowed by the photographer" or something to that effect.

I would expect it to be a non-issue but getting into a habit of emailing full res photos without stating something like that seems foolish. Can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me what needs to be said? Thanks in advance.
