    Heritage lens on Pentax

    Post your pic here
This is with the Tamron 90mmf2.5 SP.
All the Tamron adaptal lenses fit Pentax, you just need the common adapter .

Of course those Adaptall Tamrons are bayonet K mount.
There is a whole world of Pentax screw M42 lenses too

This old Super Takumar 135mm is excellent to use
    in Aperture Priority on digital.
The silky smooth stop down ring out the front
was good in 1963 and still is !
It was my first macro as well with short extension tube on.

The Super Takumar 24mm F3.5 is a bit unusual.
Looks pretty nice on the K100D

Lens wide open in Av. +1
Need to get some street shots, it is a nice angle of view.

slight crop, 2 clicks sharpening in FastStone.

OK the Takumar 24, quick attempt at a street shot turned out to be above the street...
takes a bit of deciding how to use the lens
started in Av with +1.7 compensation
focus wide open then close down to f8 and shoot.
was underexposing so went to manual.

that guy was so powerful he only had to point to turn it...
didn't need a hard hat either

I think I ran out of pixels before the Takumar 24 ran out of resolution

Running out of heritage on the lens shelf
I have got one lens in mind though...
It has a front end that always reminded me of Balinese paddy terracing.
Hang on I'll whip something up in a tic
    chocolate fish for guessing it

Hi Transit...Awesome pics...I love the sharpness. I just calibrated my monitor a little better and so am seeing things more as they should be. Those lenses are really worth the extra work!!!
Keep it up and maybe we can some others to dig down to the bottom of their camera bags and pull out some of their older lenses.
