D FA 100 macro real first shots
OK.......I drank a lot of coffee......and had to rush through the place, but here's a few of the best shots.
It is harder to hand hold than my Sigma 70,

Nice ones, I especially prefer the 1st and the last. :)
I see you're enjoying your new lens.
Re: D FA 100 macro real first shots
That's such a nice lens! Good work!
Re: D FA 100 macro real first shots
I agree with Jim and Alex. Great work and nice lens. One thought on #2...try to clone out the electrical outlet. I think it would make a better shot without the "technology"..hehe..but still a nice shot.
Re: D FA 100 macro real first shots
Thanks for the comments. :)
I only took the center one to see how sharp the lens is at a longer distance. The breakout box is sharp and the image is contrasty.
This lens is going to be pleasure as spring comes on.
Going to have to find a multi talented tripod! Or give up coffee!!!!!!!
Re: D FA 100 macro real first shots
Can't give up coffee, so a tripod is in order. I really like that first picture.
A monopod is nice some times easier to carry than a tripod.
