Sony buys into Olympus

I think this will be a win win situation because both companies have always thought outside the box. We should see some great improvements to the Oly line. Could the E7 be an SLT? It is funny how Olympus have teamed up and I have went to Sony as well.
Sony to spend $640M for 11% stake in Olympus

If those Zuiko 4/3 lenses could cover an APS-C sensor, remaking them with the NEX mount would be great to fill in the NEX lens line.

I've read that Sony is supplying sensors for Olympus and Panasonic (everyone but Canon and Leica now), but don't know if they are 4/3 sensors.

Well the new Leica M is 24 megapixel so the thought did cross my mind. Now that Kodak is out off the sensor game, could it be?

I hope to see an Olympus SLT and a way to stand behind the wonderful Olympus lenses. They have the best lenses on the planet for the price paid.
