Just to confirm adding to the classified here really works. It has worked for me many times. I've sold many items here. The draw is the fact that people around here know each other.....and each time whether buying or selling, the deal was always fair to both parties.

I think I sold my 70-300mm on here, but at a price I felt was lower than it was worth on eBay. Still the difference was pretty small on a cheaper lens like that; for the 12-60mm I figured a direct to eBay approach would have to be necessary. Still I made a listing here, but the lens is already on eBay with a bidder so I cannot withdraw. Anyone who wants to buy it will have to win it on eBay.

I wondered that myself, Don, my 12-60 is my primary lens and I have no complaints about it.

I think he has an extra one.

I love my 12-60, just thought I'd add that in case anyone is seriously considering buying it. If it were a constant f/2.8, it would be the greatest standard zoom EVER. As it stands, it is still pretty great!

I'm selling my favorite lens in the world. I'm leaving Olympus to get a full frame camera, my biggest regret is that I will never find another lens that satisfies me as much as this one. One day Ill have to buy a 4/3 body again just to use this lens, but right now I can't afford to use two systems and so this one has to go.

It's in perfect condition, I can assure you. Cosmetically and functionally 100%


I AM INCLUDING THE HOYA UV FILTER I ATTACHED TO IT ON DAY 1. Never removed for any reason to ensure the front element stayed perfect.

As you can tell by the photos, the filter is also in pristine condition.

Also included is the box, lens case, and all paperwork.

Thats actually a bit of a lie just for convenience sake. The reality of it is that I personally purchased one new, and then received another as used when I purchased my E-3 kit second hand. The pawn shop that was selling it was doing so with the lens included. I knew I'd be selling one, but it turns out I'm selling off the one I purchased as new because the paperwork matches the serial number on the lens.

Didn't feel like typing this into the eBay page, didnt want it to start sounding fishy.
